1 pack Next Meats Skirt Steak

👉 Thaw in advance in the refrigerator overnight if possible.

10-oz. Flat rice noodles (loosely separated)

1.5-tbsp. soy sauce (or other: Tamari/coconut amino)

1.5-tbsp. oyster sauce (V)

2-tbsp. sweet soy sauce (V)

White pepper

1/3-cup scallions, cut lengthwise

1/4 red onion, sliced thinly

Bean sprouts & carrots, shredded

1 tsp. garlic fresh, minced

Cooking oil


1. In a bowl, mix & stir well all the seasonings.

2. Take 1/2 tbsp. to marinate Next Meats' skirt steak. Set aside.

3. Heat oil in wok, saute scallions, onions & carrots until fragrant.

4. Add pieces of skirt steaks in. Lightly char both sides.

5. Briefly fry garlic & put in the rice noodles.

6. Gently pour the sauce in, stir well until all the noodle strands are well coated.

7. Add bean sprouts & let noodles on pan/wok (unstirred) for a min./2 to get some nicely charred noodles.

8. Give it another quick stir-fry. Ready to dish up & serve.
